Initial visits are 60-75 minutes in length, and most follow up sessions are 60 minutes.

Appointments may be scheduled in person in Peabody, MA, or virtually, via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
INSURANCE
I am in network, and contracted to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy, with the following health insurance companies:
Most health insurance plans cover nutrition counseling services, sometimes without requiring a copay, deductible or referral, but please be advised that every plan is different. Prior to your first counseling appointment I will help you determine if your benefits may cover the cost of our work together. If your health insurance plan does not cover nutrition counseling, or if I am not in network with your plan, I offer several methods for paying out-of-pocket.
Please Note: Almost all Medicare & Medicare Supplemental Plans will only cover nutrition coaching if you have diabetes or kidney disease.
I am not a credentialed provider with Medicare.
NO SURPRISEs ACT 2022
Congress enacted a “No Surprises Act” which went into effect January 1, 2022. This applies to private pay (out of pocket) clients, those who are not using insurance to cover our services.
If you are using insurance to see us (Blue Cross Blue Shield, or Mass General Brigham) this Act doesn’t apply to you. Jennifer Jasmin RD, LDN will confirm your insurance coverage before your first appointment, whenever possible.
